General Lloyd is American in every sense of the word, so much so, that he is know as the most patriotic man on the USSS Peregrine. Lloyd claims this patriotism is a result of him being a decedent of Georgia Washington (In fact, he's the only known decedent). This means that Lloyd enjoys old fashion America music, American cigars (Don't even try to give him any other type of cigar...), and American food.

Besides his American heritage, Lloyd is an incredibly strong general that rose to power during the Second Intergalactic War. Lloyd managed to prove himself as a talented soldier mentally and physically. While most soldiers were traumatized by the deaths on the battlefields, Lloyd had no fear. His mental resilience helped him rise quickly through the ranks. However, what truly set him apart was his massive strength. He was a living tank, capable of outrunning almost all of the troops while carrying the heaviest armor and weapons. Whenever he ran out of ammo, he used his fists (Yes, he brought FISTS to a gunfight) to beat his enemies into a pulp, so he could steal their weapon. His skills in battle got him promoted up to Colonel. However, determined to push his way further through the ranks, Lloyd learned and mastered combat strategy, which got him promoted to General by the end of the war.

After the war, Lloyd was put in charge of training new soldiers in preparation for future wars. Lloyd does this through an incredibly strict and grueling regimen that increases their endurance and their mental strength. He often wrestles with the soldiers to make them experience pain (It also encourages them to grow stronger so they can defeat him). He is well known and feared for his anger-prone nature, however, and often snaps at students when don't don't fall perfectly in line. Lloyd also made a very risky decision after the war: bone growth surgery. This surgery increased his bone thickness and mass by almost 50%, forever solidifying his title of "The Human Tank".

Dexterity: 7
Intelligence: 4
Perception: 4
Charisma: 7
